It’s been far too long since I’ve cleaned out my wallet. Let’s see how frightening this is.

*Rogers Video Card
*Pre-paid credit card – never activated – no money on it
*Chapters discount card
*Costco card
*Debit card
*Discount card for indie bookstore
*Drivers license
*SSN card
*Book of stamps
*Not enough dollar bills (US)
*Concert ticket (used)
*About a dozen appointment cards for various doctors
*Post-it with a tracking # for something I sent last week
*About 30 receipts for various places including shopping in Italy from six months ago
*20 Euros
*My passport (yes, it’s in my wallet)
*10 or so different business cards
*A book of checks
*Insurance cards/healthcare cards
*Best Buy gift cards

Sheesh. That’s a lot of crap. I need to go through this and clean it out.

+Michigan driver’s license

+Social Security Card. Yeah, I know I’m not supposed to carry it but I get asked to show it all the time at school for whatever reason. It’s lame. I also need it in case I have a job interview.

+Petco Pals card

+Student ID Cards for Macomb Community College and Oakland Community

+MIhealth insurance card. Pretty much useless unless I need my woman parts examined or a free abortion.

+Mackinac State Historic Park business card from my old boss

+Lab Card, which I don’t use anymore because it’s expired

+Blood card, O-, you’re WELCOME very much

+Receipts, one for a free Whopper at BK but they tore that one down so I can’t use it.

+My Waterloo doctor’s card

+Two Chase Bank business cards

+Haha..John Deere Community Credit Union ATM card.

+Old checkbook register

+Rite Aid pharmacy rewards card that I can’t use anymore

+A blue sticky note with a user name and password for school

+TCF bank business card

+One (1) Quarter and Two (2) Pennies

Excitement!!!

Purse:

+2 Hairbrushes, one round and one straight

+Granola bar, snack for work

+Small pouch for makeup and necessary items

+Water bottle

+Hair ties

And that’s it. I keep that pretty clean because I can’t stand toting a ton of shit around

far out.. you’re kidding right? There isn’t enough room for me to post it here I carry photos of Lara, Dale… cards and business cards of all descriptions. All the shopping discount cards, and reward cards – fly buys etc etc. Photos of my friends and I – Landa is in there somewhere credit cards, eftpos cards, money and about 1000 receipts that i haven’t put away yet. Now if you look in my handbag instead – thats even more interesting. Undies (for Lara), tissues, pens, work stuff, sultanas (for lara) the list goes on and on.. you could probably survive out bush for a week on my handbag!

In my wallet: Insurance Card, Drug (insurance) card, Claire’s Insurance Card, Claire’s Drug (insurance) card, my rec center pass and my hubby’s rec center pass, my Driver’s ID, two credit cards, one debit card, a London Tube Map, 3 $1-bills, 1 $20-bill, random coins, a house key, a coupon card from my aesthetician’s office, gift cards to “Claire’s,” “Barnes & Noble,” and “Old Navy,” and a picture of Claire (in front of my ID in the clear plastic ‘window.’)

In my purse: (I actually did a post on this a few months back, including pictures) An emergency pack (which includes small spoon/fork set, crayons, extra training panty, sunscreen stick, neosporin, and band-aids, etc.), sunglasses/case, Claire’s sunglasses, Keys, Palm Pilot, Cell phone, Pen, Wallet. And, lately, I’ve been carrying a ziplock of Cheezits and a pack of fruit snacks in there too…(can you tell I have a toddler??)

It sounds like a lot, but it all condenses really small.
