I don’t CARE. I’m HAPPY that he got fired — he sucks and I don’t want that crap being spewed any more than I want baseball players to use steroids or basketball players to act like street trash in upgraded footwear.

It always amazes me the hot fuss people make over stuff like this — but two weeks ago if you’d asked the same people their opinions of Imus, they’d have reacted with a great deal less outrage. It’s not like he suddenly had a bit-flip and became offensive — just this time he got caught.

So. I’m glad he got fired — Howard Stern needs to begone too, as do a number of talk radio hosts — but it would be more fitting had he just been dumped into oblivion with no media fanfare.
