Glittery End of Yule

The photo might be a bit late (I’m pretty proud of it, though),  but as you all take down your trees and return to normal, routine life, ponder this:    it’s hard to image another time of the year when we really concentrate on making everything so shiny, sparkly, and beautiful.   Why is it that we only do this during the holidays?

I love the photo! I know what you mean, but I have to add, though…my daughter is REALLY into all things shiny, sparkly, and beautiful…all year ’round! I can’t escape it!

That is a nice shot. Nice ornaments. We’re not as big on the sparkles as the ornamentation, but we get decked out just the same.
