No Fear Energy Giveaway — Ends April 12th

I have no street cred, ‘hood cred, or any other sort of cred.   I consider myself fortunate and unusual if I have card cred (VISA, hollah!) let alone anything else.

But now YOU, yes you, my gentle and inquisitive reader, can get yourself some major cred and score some funky loot while you’re at it.     The bouncy and efficacious Tara of TaraMetBlog.com has given me another contest to pass on to my readers and that’s exactly what I intend to do, provided you can follow a few simple instructions.

What’s up for grabs?   Check it out!

No Fear Energy has launched its first-ever under-the-tab-code promotion—Earn Some Cred.  You crack open specially-marked cans of No Fear Energy drink, guzzle it down, levitate, find the code under the tab, enter that code at EarnSomeCred.com, and start earning cred.    Dude — cred!    Ted!   Bedhead!   Lead!     CRED!

What for?   For No Fear gear, of course,  or if you’re super lucky (not my forte, but maybe yours?), you can instantly win VIP Credentials for a Hawaiian surf getaway or a stop on the No Fear Energy Music Tour featuring the metal band, Lamb of God.

All of this will be shipped to the lucky winner, free of charge, after the end of the contest.

How to Enter:

Because this is a philosophy-based blog, and because I make the rules, here’s what you have to do in order to be placed in “the hat” for this drawing:

One Entry — Leave a comment on this post, answering the following philosophical question:   What one thing should we as modern humans fear the most and why? Interpret that as you like.   Comments without an answer or with an incomplete answer will not be valid.   You’re gonna have to think and work on this one a bit, I’m afraid.

Five Entries — Instead of writing your comment here on this post, write an article on your own blog or website, answering the same above question, and linking to this post.    Place a comment here referencing your blog post so I can go read it.

So, get to it!    Let’s see some good, interesting answers and get yerself some cred, man!       Contest ends April 12th at midnight.

Answer: Fear itself. Why: Because it is is fear, not that which we fear, that paralyzes us. Bring on my cred, BEYOTCH!

I really don’t want any No Fear stuff, but you know me, I like to reply to your posts!! Here’s my answer: Ourselves. Because we are smart and stupid at the same time… look at all the technology in the last 10 years… scary stuff when it gets used the wrong way… I’m fearful of what the next 30 years will bring. Seriously.

Lack of morals and self respect, because if we didnt lack these we would be better people and live a much safer life.

Lexi: Thanks for the entry — 5 entries are yours! You didn’t QUITE answer the question like I intended, but it was a good writeup anyway. :) My question is not what DO people fear, but what’s the #1 thing people SHOULD fear? I think people fear a lot of things that they shouldn’t, but what things are legitimate to really fear? At any rate, thanks for entering, I liked your post!

My brother would love that stuff. What should we fear.. hrmmm.. this is deep for an Easter Sunday morning, Nathan! I think we should fear complacency. I’m terrified as to what the world is going to be like when my kids and grandkids are growing up – and heck, even myself as I get older. If things need changing, we ought to make a bigger impact to help that change. Even the little things help…
