This post is intelligently written.

I really was touched by the following, “A survivor of this kind lasts long after they are gone, continuing to affect the people that knew them and sometimes ones that never had the opportunity. They are the ones that come to mind often, bring a smile to your face, and give you hope for something better when the odds are against you.”

I whole heartedly agree that when I struggle, the individuals that come to my mind, are those that managed to touch my heart and soul regardless of whether I knew those individuals personally.

It amazes me how many of the blog-off writers share similar thoughts.

I liked that you pointed out that survivors aren’t usually the ones that are all glamorous and prettified, but the ones who are working to get past whatever it is that they are facing.

It’s hard for me to pick out just one line that admire over the others, you made so many great points. I found it quite interesting that the root of the word indicates, as you pointed out, living over something. There really is a big difference there.

Great post. I really love that line right there. It is such a profund statement.
